No plant expresses the grace of the South better than the gardenia. The Jubilation Gardenia from the Southern Living Plant Collection has a compact growth habit and reblooms from Spring to Fall. It features milky white, double form blooms with a rich aroma which contrasts well against its glossy dark green leaves. This Gardenia can be planted in the landscape as an accent, specimen, medium hedge or foundation and should be planted close to walkways or outdoor living areas to enjoy its sweet aroma. When planting this Gardenia, dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil, then leave the top of the root ball 1/2 inch above the ground level when filling the hole with soil. Use a slow release granular fertilizer in Spring. Not guaranteed to be in bloom on arrival.
